De-escalation of conflict
We have strengthened personal safety through the establishment of a joint Arab-Jewish civil guard
In collaboration with partner organizations from Jaffa and across Israel.
The guard supported residents experiencing fear and worked toward de-escalation of tensions, based on the belief that a shared presence on the ground is key to preventing escalation during times of crisis.
Additionally, when events escalate to violence, we ensure, together with partner organizations, to immediately call for society and authorities to work together to resolve tensions and de-escalate the situation.
